What we collect

LumaNight is built fully offline. Your lamp color, sound, and timer preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that receive or store your usage data.

No account required

LumaNight does not require sign-up, login, or any personal information to use — free or Pro. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted to Arvex Systems servers.

Purchases

The one-time LumaNight Pro unlock is processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) using RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of purchase status only — no payment card information is shared with us.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs in LumaNight. We do not track in-app behavior, usage patterns, or crash data beyond what Apple or Google collect as part of their standard platform metrics.

What we collect

Zosia is built offline-first. Everything you enter — family and pet profiles, plants, belongings and their maintenance history, tasks, appointments, reminders, notes, logs, lists and occasions — is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not operate servers that receive or store any of it.

No account required

Zosia has no sign-up and no login, on any tier. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up or export it.

iCloud Safety Net — free, iOS only

If you turn this on, a copy of your data is written to your own private iCloud storage so it can restore itself if the app is deleted and reinstalled. It goes to your iCloud account, not ours. Arvex Systems has no access to it and never receives a copy.

Backups and exports — Pro

Exporting produces a single encrypted file, protected by a password only you know. You choose where it goes: the system share sheet, a folder you pick yourself on your device (Android), or your own iCloud Drive (iOS). Arvex Systems never receives these files and could not decrypt them if we did.

Account data

When you create an Arvex account, we collect your email address, company name, and role. This is stored in Supabase (Postgres with Row Level Security) hosted in a region appropriate to your location.

Operational data

Assets, deficiencies, hours logs, and user records you create in Arvex are stored on Supabase servers. This data is protected by Row Level Security — only authenticated users within your company can access your company's data.

Field workers

Field worker accounts use a Company Code + Username + PIN system. No email addresses are collected from field workers. PINs are hashed before storage.

Session data

We use Supabase Auth for session management. Sessions are stored using secure HTTP-only cookies. We do not use third-party ad trackers or behavioral analytics on the Arvex platform.
